Student volunteers from the Medical School and the University of Nicosia’s Department of Life and Health Sciences joined forces and took our Mobile Clinic to Limassol on November 23 to offer free diagnostic tests to members of the Cyprus association of families with 3 children. Under the supervision of clinical faculty as well as faculty from the University of Nicosia Nursing programme, students worked together to measure blood pressure, test glucose levels and perform spirometry.
In total, 145 members of the association took advantage of the free diagnostic tests.
